Investigations

  • Analyze potential regions with client stakeholders to finalize specific location
  • Manage site visits to particular regions.
  • Introduce clients to strategic partners.
  • Risk / Return Analysis.

Plan

  • Define milestones.
  • Finalize plan
  • Ensure complete review of plan
  • Finalize contracts with key partners.

Program Management

  • Execute Plan to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Schedule weekly status meeting.
  • Review Risk and Schedules.

Closure

  • Sign off on Milestones.
  • Post execution meeting.
  • Review next steps.
